I love that when I contacted with a question on our renewal that I heard back quickly and they promptly re-ran our policy. It resulted in a large savings for the year. I love that through Roger Smith we are paying some of our lowest premiums, while having some of the best coverage on our home and auto. When we added our youngest son our insurance almost quadrupled with our current insurance provider who we were loyal to for several years. When I arrived at Roger Smith insurance I expected more of the same but instead got first class treatment.
